Our company can receive the property protection, technical and operational signals of alarm systems from anywhere in the world, over every possible communication channel and using all standard communication protocols. The geo-redundant systems of our control station record the incoming signals as well as the internal and external communication.

We take the necessary action without delay, following the response protocol assigned to each signal. Through our in-house SGS Pro-Tech application our clients can access the data sent by their alarm systems and the status of those systems at any time, via a client portal with the most secure identification methods; in addition to a phone call we can also notify them of an event or status change by SMS or push message.

Through patrol and response units operated by ourselves and our contracted partners we provide local verification of incoming signals across the whole country.
