Continuous remote monitoring of automatic fire alarm systems, with OKF Pajzs connection and dual telemetry.

Under the Hungarian National Fire Protection Regulation, every automatic fire alarm system must be supervised 24 hours a day. This can be achieved either with trained on-site staff or by using a remote monitoring service. Our fire alarm monitoring service offers a reliable and effective answer to this statutory requirement.

Through our in-house control room application we forward the signals reaching our operators into the OKF Pajzs system of the national disaster management authority.

We can receive signals over every existing communication channel and support all standard communication protocols. When setting up signal transmission we use two independent telemetry providers, further increasing the reliability of the link.

Through the client portal function of our control room system our clients can check the status of their security systems and the signals received from them at any time, free of charge.
